Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee. If the Team Pack doesn't work for you, email hello@katchpath.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full $19 to your original payment method. No questions, no need to delete anything.

If you were charged but the download page didn't open, email us with the time of purchase and we'll send the pack or refund you the same day.

Refunds go back through Stripe and usually appear in 5-10 business days.
